The hotel had a great location in the heart of the village, close to galleries, bars, and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with excellent bathroom facilities. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering high-quality treatments at a reasonable price.
We had an issue with the air conditioning that was not resolved during our stay. Despite this, the staff's professionalism and quality of service were exceptional.

Good deal at the museum. Great views at the residence. Great staff. Great experience at the residence. Great deal to have a kitchen in the museum.
Both places seemed dirty, the museum more so. Some bugs were seen in the kitchen. Can be boring in the winter, maybe stay one night

The location of hotel is just perfect -- 2 minutes walk from best sunset spots, right in the main street, near to some nice shops and restaurants. The building itself is rather old, but it only adds some charm to staying there. The outlook of the hotel is very nice. Some tourists are always making photos of the hotel while you walk in or out. :) The pool in the inner yard, under the shade of the olive tree beside it, is very nice (especially after a long walk over the caldera under the midday sun). We had a honeymoon suite. The room is rather comfortable, with a small kitchenette and a private terrace. As advertised, there really is a 360 degree panoramic view from the terrace. Though, frankly speaking, the roofs of some buildings next to the hotel have untidy look, so it distracts a bit from enjoying the sunset/sunrise.
The breakfast area right next to the reception is rather small. Though it is not a big problem -- some guests had their meal next to the pool, which is even more pleasant. I wish we had that idea when we stayed there. :)

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the very center of this city. It made exploring the area so convenient, and we were able to easily walk to the bus depot for day trips. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with spacious rooms and kitchen facilities that were useful for simple meals. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed with the attention to detail. The staff were friendly and always available to answer any questions or provide tips to make our stay even better. And of course, the breakfast was superb, offering a variety of delicious options.
Hard to think of anything negative.

Located down in the harbor, this hotel is in a prime location, very close to everything in the town. It offers easy access to all the sites, shops, and restaurants. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax. the breakfast buffet is delicious and energizing, offering a variety of freshly made Greek food. the hotel also has a beautiful pool and spa, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
The check-in process can be complicated and could benefit from better organization.

Great view from the rooms, and the breakfast was fabulous. it was easy to explore the area from this hotel!
The spa facilities were quite dated and in desperate need of a renovation. Easter in this hotel turned out to be a real letdown as the pool was not heated and it was too cold to use.

This place is located at the best central position, next to everything in the centre and into the cliffs. The service here was excellent, with staff who provided a very professional service at the reception desk. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a sitting area, a dressing area, an in-room safe. The facilities were great, including free Wi-Fi in public areas and a flat-screen TV. this hotel offers enhanced comfort and quality services.
I highly recommend this hotel to all.
